If you’ve never heard of Combat Master, Combat Master is an First Person Shooter, similar to Call of Duty. Combat Master is a really fun game, but it has issues. The worst thing about Combat Master is, you have some people running hack programs such as, Aimbot, Walls and Unlimited Ammo in public lobbies, and even in some cases, modded lobbies.

Combat Master cap level is 55, yet, you’ll see players with level 56 to 100. This is a cheat as well. This is because of one simple reason, Combat Master has no anti-cheat what-so-ever. In the Global Chat Area, for the most part, you just see people spamming “Get your hacks here” or anything along those lines.

Pay to Cheat XP Boost for Sell
I’ve put, up to now, 93 hours into the game and I’ve only reach level 49, trying to reach the cap level of 55. When you reach level 30 or above, the leveling slows down to a crawl making leveling tedious. The reason for this is because they want players to pay for XP Boost to level up quicker. You can buy XP boost for leveling up your character, weapons or both. I grind, however, slowing down progression to lead player to buy XP Boost is a no, no.

The Bad
Combat Master is a really fun game, but it has issues. No anti-cheat program, not yet anyways. Killed player or bots don’t drop ammo. When you run out, yes, you can pick up weapons from other player that got killed, but there some weapons are empty also. And anti-cheat needs to be implemented ASAP! (welcome to PC). There’s no kill-cam.

There’s no mini-map, feels like playing hardcore mode. Lobbies don’t stay together. No option for voting for maps after the match is over. What’s the difference between Team Death Match and Death Match? Domination is no where to be found. Combat Master need a lot a work, and yes, I understand it’s a new game. Still, it’s PC.

The Good
You can create custom lobbies. 5v5 added. You can change key-binds, getting into matches is fast. Solid controls for keyboard and mouse (K/M), Fast Pace Close Quarter Combat. Varied maps, all small, nice job. However, more maps are needed. Leveling up weapons to unlock mods.

Camo challenges, aim assist for controllers, Controller friendly, FOV slider. Ton of mods to build your favorite weapon. At the moment, doesn’t feel like a pay to win game, lets see if it stay that way. Leveling up is not fast, but not slow. LMG needs to or should be added among weapon selection.
