The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was the first game I played back on the PS3. I thought the story and character build was great. Later on, I bought The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition on PS4 and when I moved to PC in 2016, first game I bought The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) Gold Edition. I've sunk in around 3K+ hours into ESO, mainly dungeon runs. Skyrim was the reason why I even got in to The Elder Scrolls. I wonder, however, if Bethesda would remake Daggerfall with modern graphics and gameplay. That remains to be seen.
I've never had the chance to play the older games like Daggerfall, Oblivion or how ever many others are there. Nevertheless, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster released today on Steam, April 22, 2025. I've watch game play videos and it looks stunning, can't say much about the game play other than the gamer play has been redefine. I'm guessing it'll play better than the original. This is one game I'm going to add to my collection on top of ESO and Skyrim.
Below, I've added the PC spec requirements as displayed on Steam. You can also find the game here on Steam: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered
