        Peter Was Never a Pope
To say that Peter was a Catholic Pope, is erroneous at best, blasphemous at most. Peter is and was a Jewish man, an apostle of Christ Jesus. Peter never had a universal view nor accepted other gods, not bowed or prayed to idols. Christ sent Peter to traveled and preached the gospel of Christ only! For argument sake, say he was the first pope, that would make Peter a Jewish pope and every member a Jewish member. Hence, Catholics are not Caholics, but Jewish in faith. Furthermore, that means that every pope after Peter broke away from the teachings and the faith of Christ Jesus, to include the outside pagan gods and idols simply to become the most powerful, dominant organization in the world. Christ Jesus, nor His disciples, not apostles had nor preached a universal ideology. Lastly, Christ Jesus is the head of the church and never appointed man to be head of His Church as seen in Ephesians 5:23 KJV.

        Matthew 16:18-19
There is no biblical or historical evidence for the claims of the Roman Catholic church that Peter was the first pope. In fact there is no evidence that there even was a pope in the first century. Even Catholic historians recognize this as a historical fact.

Furthermore, Peter was born a Jew, not a Catholic nor converted to another religion, let alone convert to “Catholicism”. Peter held on to the teaching of the Christ Jesus. Peter abided within the scriptures of as per 2 John 1:9, never deviating from the holy scriptures.

That’s to say, for argument sake, if Peter was “a Pope” and abided in the doctrine of Christ, every pope after has failed to stay with-in the doctrine of Christ; by introducing doctrine not with-inline the doctrine/teachings of Christ Jesus. Lastly, if Peter was the first Jewish Pope, as an example to future pope’s, no where did Peter state, “that man has the power to alter the Word of God.”

Distorting history is bad. Distorting scripture can cost your life. Here’s a message from your first Jewish Pope, Peter, 2 Peter 3:16

Wikipedia List of Popes: Born Jewish. First pope. Apostle of Jesus. According to Catholic tradition he received the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 16:18–19). Feast day (Feast of Saints Peter and Paul) 29 June. The Catholic Church recognizes him as the first Bishop of Rome appointed by Christ. Also revered as saint in Eastern Christianity, with a feast day of 29 June.[4] St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City is named after him.

No where dose scripture say that “Christ Jesus appointed Peter to be a Pope,” doesn’t say it, doesn’t teach it. That teaching is from man. In Scripture, Lord Jesus says… Mark 7:7-8 “In vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men, for laying aside the commandment of God.” You hold the traditions of men as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things you do.

        Matthew 16:18-19 KJV
<18> And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. <19> And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

        Mark 7:7-8 KJV
<7> Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. <8> For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

        2 Peter 3:16 KJV
<16> As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

        Mark 7:7-8 KJV
<7> Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. <8> For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

        Acts 2:36-41 KJV
36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

        1 Peter 1:2 KJV
        1. Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 2 elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied

        Ephesians 5:23 KJV
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
