Up or Down voting System

To further improve the forum topics, I’ve added an up or down voting system whereby you can vote a forum topic UP if you find it Helpful, or DOWN if you find it Not Helpful. Member, Editor, Authors, Admins, Site Owner, may only vote up or down once per forum topic as well as reply to any form topic. When you create a group with a forum, after creating and posting your forum topic, the Up or Down Voting will automatically be visible to all. Lastly, forum topics with the most amount of votes will appear top, the same goes for replies. You may also vote up or down on forum topics that are closed for replies.
