      To link a X Post just copy and paste your post on your status page. For example https://x.com/TheSocialPit/status/1825626463351214536. Replace the X with the word twitter. https://twitter.com/TheSocialPit/status/1825626463351214536 then click on post and your X post should appear. However, if you do not replace X with the word twitter, the tweet/post will just remain a link.

      I’m guessing this is a temporary solution until Twitter/x find a solution, at some point in time.

        Edit Feature Removed
        As annoying as it is to not being able to edit what you or I post in the Activity/Community (Hub), sadly, the edit feature was no longer working as intended and no longer supported with update. So as to not run into any problems, I’ve temporarily removed the feature until a fix comes out, if it comes. For time being, if you post anything and make a mistake, delete it and re-type up again.

        From time to time, make sure to check the Social Pit Group Forums for additional information and site updates.

            Point being, you should never post personal information, or treat it as if social media were a public family album. And the information you should at, be at least, the very basic: Favorite color, general interest such as movies, music, video games, so on and so forth. In other words, keep the information to a minimum, as vague as possible. I just find it odd that Elon Musk would ask to post family pictures on X. In other words, my family, personal information is not up for public display.

              That’s all well and good, but what the hell does that have to do with the topic? I never said anything about “supply chains”, “predictions” nor did I say anything about how smart the man is. You just went off topic to never, never land. Hell, I even added a damn picture! 🙄

                Gameplay

                FACTIONS
                The Echelon faction is back. We fixed the issue with agents turning invisible in a bad way versus the good and intended way (using the Digital Ghillie Suit ability).

                DedSec’s Spiderbot ability has returned. Prepare your face for hugging.

                DEVICES
                Devices (aka grenades) are less likely to fall at your feet if used immediately after respawning, but it can still happen. We’re working on it! Grenades are inherently risky.

                Netcode
                Occasionally after you died, you could still run around in the world for a few seconds. Now when you die you stay fully dead, as your opponent intended.
                Reduced the range between the highest ping and lowest ping in matchmaking, so now you’ll be grouped with players who have a more similar ping to your own.

                Audio
                Fixed an issue with killstreak VO lines playing at the beginning of every match and when you died, which was particularly insulting. Turn the announcer volume back up in the Settings menu (Dialogue Volume)!
                Audio improvements, many.

                Social
                Xbox Series X/S players now see their Xbox friends list as the primary friends list in game.
                Fixed an Xbox-specific issue where if you suspended the game, then accessed the in-game Social menu and selected “Invite to Party” or “View Party Invites”, Ubisoft Connect wouldn’t open properly.
                Fixed an issue on Xbox where if you got an error message while trying to join a full party, key UI elements would disappear.

                Localization
                On consoles, if you accessed the Ubisoft Connect overlay via the Social menu, the text wasn’t localized for any non-English languages. It is now.

                Miscellaneous
                Fixed a crash that could occur when accessing the Loadout menu tab.
                Updated the word list the Chat Language Filter uses.
                Fixed issues with misaligned HUD elements on PlayStation 5.

                  The Division Heartland has been canceled! I was looking forward to playing The Division Heartland. In my opinion, The Division has, or in this case, had the potential to grow with DLC content, new cities, new story, with explosives back stories, mysteries, secrets or any combination thereof. However, I do hope that The Division continues to expand an take advantage of different locations throughout the U.S. If not, the it just ended with The Division 2

                    We Won the Battle Against Sony, But Not the War

                    The only reason why over 100 plus countries are still unable to buy or play Helldivers II; it’s a power move by Sony to get Arrow Head back to the bargaining table to get Arrow Head to re-instate the mandatory linking of Steam Accounts to PSN. Sony only reverted the decisions to mandate Steam Accounts to be linked to PSN so the reviews can be flipped from Mostly Negative to Mostly Positive, and it worked.

                    In short, the only way gamers from over 100 plus countries will ever get to play Helldivers II, is by re-instating the Sony Mandate to link Steam Accounts to PSN. This is why Helldivers II continues to be delisted. In turn, this only hurts Arrow Head as a development studio. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is not to buy PlayStation games on Steam, Epic or where else they add their PS game on PC, this sends a strong message. If Sony doesn’t care, then so be it.

                        XDefiant: Quick Run Down

                        SBMM is not the reason why lobbies brake up after every match … From the Custom Playlist, a player may choose to que up for multiple modes at once … Matches will have a mix of different skill level players … Ping Based Match Making over Skill Based Match Making … SBMM will only be in the Welcome Play List until 25 … SBMM will only be in Rank PvP Modes .., Public Matches will not have SBMM/EOMM.

                        When I post on Twitter/X, I’m limited as to the length of the tweet. I’m just going to re-post what I said here just to add a bit more. I think it’s a good idea to give a quick overview as to what to expect come the launch of XDefiant on May 21, 2024.

                          The May 6 update, which would have required Steam and PlayStation Network account linking for new players and for current players beginning May 30, WILL NOT BE MOVING FORWARD. We’re still learning what is best for PC players

                          Not that I think about it, these two sentences bother me. Sony is not moving forward with the plan to have Steam Players link there Steam Accounts to PSN. Yet, they are trying to figure out another method to impalement or can get away with without pissing off the entire Helldivers II PC player base. I just don’t see how since it’s two different platforms with the ability to turn off cross-play.

                          I know that some Community Manager, like the Baskinator (by reputation), are hell bent on banning players. Yet, if Sonny found a work around, how would that affect a PC Player that can turn off corss-play? Would that even matter? Team Killing, for instance is enabled and Arrowhead refuses to disable it, That’s just one example and I can come up with dozens of scenarios.

                              Enemy Patrols

                              Patrol spawning has been increased when there are fewer than 4 players. The fewer the players the bigger the change. For 4 player missions there will be no change compared to before.The biggest noticeable change will be for solo players at higher difficulties

                              Gameplay

                              Made minor level generation improvements to how we distribute locations throughout the mission map. This should improve variation in distance between objectives, and objectives will likely not spawn as far away from each other as often as before.
                              Added setting in the options menu gameplay section to disable automatic climbing and vaulting while sprinting.
                              The Spread Democracy mission otherwise known as “raise the flag” can now be enjoyed on higher difficulties for maximum freedom spreading.
                              When readying up, Helldivers now salute to ensure maximum democratic readiness.
                              Added ambience to the Tremor planetary hazard to underline the severity so Helldivers can react accordingly
                              Shots that ricochet from heavy armored enemies will now properly hit the Helldiver who fired them. Trigger discipline is highly recommended.

                              Fixed crash that could occur when host abandoned mission with squad.
                              Fixed crash that could occur if a player tried to enter an occupied EXO-45 Patriot Suit.
                              Fixed crash that could occur for all players after or during mission results screen.

                              Fixed crash that could occur for all players apart from the one that rejoined the ongoing mission with different armor and got reinforced.
                              Fixed Superior Packing Methodology ship module not working properly.
                              Fixed Blast Absorption ship module so that it correctly increases sentries’ resistance to explosions.
                              Fixed issue where players could not navigate to the search results in the Social Menu.
                              Fixed some issues where items equipped in a Warbond were not actually equipped.
                              Fixed an exploit that allowed overly eager Helldivers to use grenades excessively.
                              Fixed issue where kills from orbital barrage did not progress Indirect Fire Exercise order.
                              Fixed issue that allowed traitors to try to sabotage the extraction shuttle by deploying sentry stratagems below it.
                              Fixed issue where ion storms incorrectly prevented extraction beacon from deploying.
                              Fixed some stratagem beams using incorrect color-coding.
                              Fixed issue where the left stick on a controller could not be used to navigate the Social menu.
                              Fixed some issues where various UI elements were cut off, off-centered or too close to the edge of the screen on ultrawide displays.
                              Fixed Anti-Materiel Rifle facing away from the Helldiver after deploying it.
                              Fixed bug where player could duplicate rounds by canceling the reload of Anti-Materiel Rifle at a specific time.
                              Fixed bug where Anti-Materiel Rifle would consume an extra magazine after a canceled reload.
                              Fixed bug where Recoilless Rifle would consume an extra shell from the backpack if the reload was canceled just after a shell was inserted, but before the reload was completed.
                              Fixed issue where the Sickle and Quasar Cannon could not shoot through foliage.
                              Fixed several issues where weapon thumbnails would disappear when scrolling through Armory.
                              Fixed issues where Automaton Gunships sometimes could not see the player.
                              Fixed incorrect collision being left over after destroying Automaton bunkers or detector towers with hellbombs.

                              Disabled the squad invites during the tutorial which caused an overlap in the UI.
                              Fixed Primary and Secondary weapons overlapping on the character model in the armory.
                              Fixed UI elements during first boot are cut off on a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor.
                              Report and block player is now visible in the squad menu.
                              Dead Scavengers now stop screaming for help if killed while calling in reinforcements.
                              Fixed Anti Air cannons showing up as “Stratagem Scramblers” in danger warnings.

                                User Created Groups
                                Group Creation has been disabled due to abuses spam. It’s very time consuming to delete over 700 to over 1,000 spam created groups promoting trash with trash links in a continuous basis, plus manually removing all bot accounts form the site. However, each user may still join the pre-made groups and create their forum with topic of choice for discussion, debate, or conversation. If you would like to have your on dedicated group, you can leave your request under Group Creation Request forum. The Group Creation Request is intended for this very reason.
